TCBY Supports Cancer Awareness

Tyler, TX (June 30, 2011) – TCBY in Tyler presented a check for $3,537 to the Susan G. Komen Foundation on June 30^th.  The money was raised during the Grand Opening of TCBY on April 5^th.  The Tyler community was able to enjoy their favorite TCBY frozen yogurt for free with a minimum $1 donation that supported the education and research for breast cancer causes, treatments and hopefully a cure.  TCBY franchisee David Weaver said, “We as a local company and the TCBY brand as a whole believe in giving back to the community we live in and supporting our local charities.  We are so proud of the hard work they do to raise awareness for such worthwhile causes. "
